What is BTEC Sport?

Sport has always been a popular way of spending our free time and therefore has become a major part of the leisure industry.

It has been demonstrated that even in times of depression the leisure industry rarely suffers.

To this end, over the past fifteen years, there has been a significant growth in the “business of sport”. BTEC Nationals are aimed at providing skilled personnel to work in this dynamic industry. These applied qualifications have been structured in such a way to give students the opportunity to obtain and develop the skills needed to work in the sport industry or before entry to Higher Education.
